Elaine Taylor

The Elaine Taylor Tribute fund

  • How would you describe them?

"Elaine was seen by everyone as a caring and loving person, always putting others before herself and immensely proud of her family."

    From Graham Taylor

  • What did they love most?

"Elaine loved her family, travel, gym classes and cycling all over Europe with myself - my wife and partner of 43 years."

    From Graham Taylor

Elaine passed away on 6th June 2019, just a few short weeks after being diagnosed with metastatic lung cancer on her spine and pelvis. The lung cancer itself was only diagnosed as a result of the deterioration of her bone structure impacting on exercise.

We want to use this fund and the associated events and activities to both raise funds for support and also raise the profile of secondary lung cancer which is especially hard to detect in fitness enthusiasts.
